Please note
(a) we don't currently have an administrator in place, so we may take a bit of time to get back to you. 

(b) at this present time of uncertainty, all bookings have to be provisional and dependent on what the UK Government permits at the time.
 

We have a number of rooms that are hired out at St Helen's.  The main two are the Church Hall, ideal for children's parties, and the Parish Room, suitable for smaller groups or meetings.

Church Hall

St Helen's Church Hall is available for hire for meetings, children's parties and other events - you can even fit a bouncy castle inside! (Sorry, we do not have the facilities for adult parties or weddings). 

Our standard hall booking includes access to the kitchen, for use of the sink, however not for use of the oven or other cooking equipment.

Booking Fees

Our 2020 Hall Bookings Fees are as follows:

Weekend Afternoons £130 (inc. £30 deposit)
Other Times £40 per hour (inc. £8 per hour deposit)

 

Availability

The hall is available for hire:

  • At weekends between 1pm and 6pm.
  • On Thursday to Friday evenings after 6pm.
  • On weekday daytimes during school holidays.
